Background and Experience

Jo has recently led a number of significant property transactions including:

• Acting for a developer in the acquisition of a multi-lot site in the lower North Shore of Sydney;

• Preparing a complex Option for a land transaction of a value of in excess of $20 million in the Hunter Valley;

• Complementing an extensive Due Diligence report relating to property leasing matters in a significant merger;

• Acting on numerous acquisitions and sales of licensed premises;

• Providing bespoke advice on the application of a construction plan across a registered easement; and

• Drafting of Agreements for Lease with respect to construction activity in the lead up to a long-term lease of a large supermarket.
